Returns/Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your jewelry, please, contact us and let us know.

Refunds and exchanges are available for non-custom work. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and we receive the item (s) back within 15 days of your order.

All pieces must be in new/same packaged condition as when it was sent to you. Custom work is non-refundable.

The following terms and conditions apply to returns and exchanges:

Earrings; subject to a $10.00 restocking fee, to account for sanitization process. Basic restocking fee is $10.00, it is higher if you have up-graded the earwires or beads.

Pendants, bracelets and necklaces can only be returned/exchanged if the AC2 label has not been removed and the item is in new condition.

We do not accept returns that have been worn or have perfume or cigarette smell.

Refunds and exchanges for non-defective merchandise is subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%. Please see below to return your item(s)

To return item(s) for a refund/credit or exchange, please send a message to Angelinecreations2@gmail.com to recieve a return authorization and shipping address. The buyer maybe responsible for return shipping costs. Package item in orginal packaging and ship to the address provided to you.

Enclose a copy of your receipt, and include a contact number or email address so we can reach you if needed.

Be sure to ship your item (s) with a tracking number.
